En Thaïlande l’école est régie pas des règles strictes. Le port de l’uniforme est obligatoire dans la majorité des établissements. Longueur de la jupe, du pantalon, coupe de cheveux, couleur de la ceinture, couleur des chaussettes… Tout est sujet à réglementation. Les élèves doivent former un groupe homogène. Avec ce projet nous avons voulu parler de ces mécanismes, mais aussi de la jeunesse thaïlandaise et des individus qui la compose.

In Thailand the school system is regulated by strict rules. Wearing a uniform is compulsory in most schools. There are rules for the exact length of the skirt, pants, hair cut, color of the belt, color of the socks… Everything is subject to regulation. The students must form a homogeneous group. With this project we wanted to talk about these mechanisms, but also about the Thai youth and the individuals who compose it.
